We also realize however, that maintaining a perfect database is impossible. Thats why we provide a tool for you to use to inform us of when a physician is missing from our database.

While we expend every effort to reconcile the information you provide, in some cases we may be unable to positively identify the physician and may be unable to add them to the database.
