Feldman is an internationally recognized clinical and investigative dermatologist and professor of dermatology, pathology and public health sciences at the Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He received his medical and graduate degrees from Duke University and completed residencies in Dermatology and Dermatopathology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the Medical University of South Carolina. Feldman's chief clinical interest is psoriasis. He has published more than 150 articles in books and peer-reviewed journals and has been a primary investigator or co-investigator on 33 industry, foundation or federally funded research grants. Since 1993, he has been a member of the editorial board of the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology. He also serves as an editor of the Journal of Dermatological Treatment, on the editorial board of the Journal of Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery (the official publication of the Canadian Dermatology Association) and as chief medical editor of Skin & Aging. Since 1997, he has been director of the Center for Dermatology Research, the leading center for health services research in dermatology. He is particularly proud of his work on the Medical Board of the National Psoriasis Foundation, a patient advocacy organization dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. Throughout his clinical and research career, Feldman has been interested in issues related to patient experience in the delivery of medical care and what patients themselves can do to improve their care. Out of that interest he developed the concept for DrScore.

Vice President for Research and Development
Dr. Anderson is trained as a behavioral scientist and received his doctorate in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health. He served as a Health Programs Specialist in cardiovascular diseases in the Behavioral Medicine Branch of the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute of the National Institutes of Health and has been on the faculty of the Wake Forest University School of Medicine since 1993. Dr. Anderson has expertise in the measurement and analysis of health-related quality of life information in healthcare outcomes research, and medial risk assessments, focusing on chronic diseases and illness. He has developed quality of life instruments for use in healthcare research, and has published more than 20 methodologic and research reports in textbooks and medical journals on this topic. In addition, he has edited several volumes covering health-related quality of life and outcomes research, and is a regular lecturer on the uses of health-related quality of life information both in the U.S. and abroad. Over the past several years, Dr. Anderson has worked on the development and use of computer-based patient satisfaction surveys for primary care and specialty care settings. This offers a "problem-focused" approach which seeks to identify the source and nature of aspects of the care encounter that lead to dissatisfaction.
