We are now seeing an increase in trends for health plans across the board showing interest in patient satisfaction data on physicians that can be integrated as a part of their pay-for-performance policies and to provide additional services for their members. For years, hospitals have been working with patient satisfaction vendors to gather these data; now seems to be the ideal time for health plans to do the same.
