The DrScore Survey

The DrScore survey, with its intuitive design, evaluates patient perception of their physicians and their practices.
The survey gathers data on patient perception of such issues as coordination of care, access to services and appointments, the quality of medical care, and efficiency of the practice. Most existing patient surveys were developed years ago and do not measure these areas in depth, if at all.

Unlike other surveys, DrScore’s unique, problem-focused survey is truly interactive. DrScore detects those areas where the patient has reservations about the quality of service and prompts the patient with questions that provide the practice with detailed information for improving service.

And yet, DrScore's unique survey architecture streamlines the process, allowing most patients to complete the survey in only 3 to 5 minutes.
