Crystal Run Healthcare Selects DrScore to Manage Patient Satisfaction

August 29, 2011 - Leading New York medical group chooses DrScore’s online patient satisfaction survey service to enable comprehensive review of patients’ perceptions of care.

Winston-Salem, NC – August 29, 2011 – Crystal Run Healthcare , a leading Hudson Valley and Catskill region medical group, has selected DrScore.com, a leading online patient satisfaction survey service, to manage all aspects of its patient satisfaction initiative. The nearly 200 physician medical group will use DrScore’s online patient satisfaction service to gather patient feedback and will use DrScore’s dynamically generated patient satisfaction reports to better understand and respond to patient perceptions of care at the group’s multiple medical practices.
